SHIFT MANAGER
Shift Manager Software
provides any service with a paperless
means of providing unit call logs. Shift
Manager offers patient check-off,
discrepancy, and supply information to
Headquarters via the internet or other
electronic media. Colleton Software’s
Shift Manager eliminates the need to
manually generate annual reports needed
by most Ambulance Services. It keeps
electronic records and generates reports of patients
seen and call dispositions, as well as unit data.
Even if your run reporting is automated, this can
provide you with the checks and balances to make
sure your run report data is accurate!
Shift Manager Software
contains user definable databases to provide unit
inventory items and minimum amount requirements. A
password set-up feature enables Unit Supervisors to
customize their ambulance items specific to their
unit. Crews are prompted to check each item, and
supply and discrepancy lists are generated
automatically. The information is then packaged by
shift and transmitted to Headquarters. There,
reports can be generated and information recalled as
necessary. Information can be archived into zip
files at the discretion of the Provider and stored
for future reference.
NETS
Non-Emergent Transport System
(NETS) software provides any service
with a paperless means of providing unit
call logs for alternative transportation
for non-ambulatory patients. NETS is designed
to assist those services that provide transportation
for trips to and from the physician's office,
dialysis centers and outpatient clinics, etc. by
wheelchair van.
